As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for addressing our customer service issues and notifications.

As the Customer Service Agent, you will:
Provide excellent customer service to our team and our guests
Communicate with guests by following your training resolution processes
Contact customers through outbound queue provide updates and book deliveries and advise of delivery/technician timeframes
Accurately opens, monitors and closes Customer Service Orders




Accurately records Delivery Completion Data
Complete Customer Invoicing and initiate parts ordering

As a successful candidate you will have the following:
Be available to work days, evening and weekends as required
Have excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette with ability to negotiate tactfully and act with diplomacy and respect
Valuable computer skills with ability to quickly learn current applications
