Duties
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
Cook pizzas using commercial ovens, ensuring they are baked evenly and served hot
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in every dish
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and storage
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, grating cheese, and assembling ingredients
Adhere strictly to food safety standards and sanitation procedures at all times
Support the food service team by efficiently serving orders and managing multiple tasks during busy hours
Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices essential
Familiarity with serving customers in a fast-paced workplace is a plus
Hands-on experience with meal preparation, especially in pizza or similar cuisine, highly desirable
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
