Window & Door Installer

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Window & Door Installer to join our team.

The Position

As a Window & Door Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of windows and doors in residential homes. You will work as part of a team to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
Remove existing windows and doors
Install current windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications
Ensure products are properly levelled, squared, insulated, sealed, and secured
Complete interior and exterior finishing as required
Protect customers' homes and property during installations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Identify and report any installation issues or concerns
Follow all workplace safety procedures
Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

What We're Looking For
Previous window and door installation experience is an asset
Construction or renovation experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail




Good problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual
Physically capable of lifting and handling windows and doors
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Skilled attitude and appearance
Valid driver's licence is an asset
Must take pride in providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service
