Act as a strategic business partner to the Procurement and Logistics leadership team by transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and informed business decisions.

The incumbent plays a key role in fostering a performance-driven culture by providing clear visibility into results, risks, and opportunities, while supporting managers in achieving their financial and operational objectives.

What you will do
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning processes.
Analyze financial and operational performance to identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
Develop actionable business recommendations and support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present performance reviews to Directors and Vice Presidents.
Perform or oversee complex financial analyses, investment scenarios, and profitability assessments.
Develop and maintain a performance management framework based on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide functional leadership and guidance to the Finance Centre of Excellence team.

This role could be for you if you have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
CPA designation, considered a solid asset.




Minimum of 7 years of experience in management control, corporate finance, financial planning, or management accounting.
Proven experience partnering with business leaders and presenting to senior management.
Strong understanding of budgeting, CAPEX investments, and performance measurement.
Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
Robust business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
