In this role, you will support the Canada BU PBP, ensuring compliance with local employment standards and facilitating effective HR practices.

You'll manage recruitment, conduct interviews, and help resolve employee relations issues, contributing to a positive and engaging work workplace for the team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in employee relations documentation and issue resolution
Conduct investigations and exit interviews
Manage leave of absences per ESA requirements
Facilitate onboarding sessions for recent employees
Develop training programs and evaluate training completion Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
Preferred CHRL designation and CPG experience
4+ years as a People Generalist
Solid experience in employee communications
Ability to maintain confidentiality Contribute to a supportive workplace and enhance employee satisfaction within Ferrero’s diverse culture in Toronto.
