Pay: $24.00/hour

We are currently seeking a Tent & Awning Installer - Crew Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position suited to someone who is solid, reliable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to lead a small installation crew.

Location: London, ON
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Day shift, approximately 44 hours/week, with some Saturday mornings required
Job Type: Full-time

What You'll Do
Lead and work alongside a crew installing tents, awnings, and related structures
Load, unload, transport, and position materials and equipment
Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working at heights
Operate pickup trucks and 24-foot straight trucks
Tow trailers as required
Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Assist with general site preparation, setup, and tear down
Follow all workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For
Clean, valid Class D or G driver's licence




Able to safely drive a 24-foot straight truck
Comfortable driving pickup trucks with trailers
Solid physical ability and stamina - this is hard, labour-intensive work
Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy materials
Reliable and punctual
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Previous construction, tent installation, awning installation, landscaping, moving, or other physically demanding work is an asset
Previous crew leadership experience is an asset
