Big West Ford is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a Service Advisor position. Reporting to the Service Manager, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, and you will be responsible for scheduling and documenting customer repair and maintenance services. Ford experience a must.

Responsibilities:
Record information and create estimates
Schedule repairs with technicians
Enter and update service information for work order
Provide excellent communication with customers and technicians
Inform customers of any future maintenance service

Qualifications:
Ford and CDK experience required
Solid customer service and communication skills
Organization and scheduling skills
Computer literacy




Previous experience in automotive service is required
