Looking for a Grower for our various Greenhouse Locations.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee crop production, ensuring optimal plant health and yield.
Monitor and manage irrigation, nutrition, climate control, and pest/disease control programs.
Conduct regular scouting and implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies.
Work closely with the growing team to optimize greenhouse conditions and production schedules.
Maintain detailed records of crop performance, treatments, and environmental conditions.
Collaborate with management to improve growing techniques and efficiencies.
Other responsibilities/tasks as assigned

Job Requirements :
Knowledge of Hoodengoorn Climate and Irrigation System, preferred.
Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture
Health Canada Security Clearance, an asset
Pesticide License an asset
Minimum of 2 years grower experience
Solid communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent time management, decision making and interpersonal skills
Team player
Must be able to work independently
Valid License as travel to various greenhouse locations required




Position requires Monday- Saturday, Holidays and after hours availability
Candidate must be able to stand, kneel, bend and walk for extended periods of time
Grower will be working with various people and cultures
Spanish speaking considered an asset, but not necessary
Candidate will be working under hot, humid conditions during summer months
Candidate must abide by Company policies and procedures pertaining to Health And Safety, Food Safety and Bio security
