We are seeking a reliable Arc Welder with previous welding experience or formal training. The successful candidate will perform welding and general hands-on duties in a physically demanding work workplace while following all safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Arc Welding according to job requirements and instructions.
Prepare, position, and handle materials before welding.
Inspect completed welds and identify basic defects.
Use welding equipment, hand tools, and other required tools safely.
Perform repetitive production and general labour duties.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
Maintain a clean and protected work area.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with other shop or construction-related duties as required.

Requirements:
Previous Arc Welding experience or welding training is required.
Construction experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Must provide CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots.
Must wear appropriate clothing suitable for the work setting.
