Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience in Indian or South Indian cuisine, works efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and maintains high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
Support in receiving and storing deliveries

Requirements:




Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
Knowledge of Indian / Kerala cuisine is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler Certification (preferred)
