REQUIRED SCHEDULE

- Friday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM — Scarborough
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM — Scarborough
- Sunday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM — Markham
- Monday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM — Markham

Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory. Applicants must be able to work this exact schedule year-round, including throughout the summer. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this schedule.

About the Position

Flooring Liquidators operates 16 showrooms across Ontario. We are looking for an experienced, outgoing and sales-driven Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to work between our Scarborough and Markham locations.

This is an active sales role. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, following up with leads, making outbound calls, building relationships and closing sales.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional in-store sales and customer service
- Assist customers with hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile and renovation products
- Prepare quotes, invoices, orders and customer transactions
- Follow up with leads and customers to generate and close sales
- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming leads
- Answer phone, email and in-store inquiries
- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and installations
- Post advertisements on Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace
- Maintain an organized and professional showroom
- Open and close the showroom independently

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in Canada




- 3+ years of customer service experience in Canada
- Strong sales, communication, follow-up and closing skills
- Excellent phone skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Excellent computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word/Excel and POS systems
- Strong basic math skills
- Fluent English
- Reliable, organized and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to work at both Scarborough and Markham locations
- Must be willing to occasionally cover another GTA showroom
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
