Sales Associate

Full-time Brantford, ON A growing organization in Brantford, Ontario is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its team. What You’ll Be Doing

- Research, identify, and qualify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
- Introduce and explain products or services based on customer needs and business requirements.
- Manage sales discussions, negotiate terms, and move qualified opportunities through to closing.
- Work consistently toward monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Keep customer information, interactions, and sales activity accurately documented in the appropriate systems.




- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a consistent and positive experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing position is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport effectively.
- A motivated, goal-oriented approach with a genuine interest in achieving results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a team workplace.
