Join the City of London as a Manager of Energy Conservation Programs, responsible for innovative energy initiatives and sustainability strategies. This role encompasses green energy programs and team performance management.

As the Manager of Corporate Energy, you'll lead projects that align with strategic initiatives. Overseeing staff development and energy data management are key aspects of your role. You will also collaborate on enterprise-wide efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance in all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead development of energy management and sustainability programs • Supervise team members and respond to HR matters • Implement green energy projects and monitor emissions • Analyze energy data and negotiate utility contracts • Support Capital and operating budget preparation

Requirements: • Degree in Energy Management or related field preferred • 5-7 years of relevant experience in energy • CEM certification or plan to obtain it within 6 months • Robust organizational and leadership capabilities • Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
