YWCA Toronto, a nonprofit focused on empowering women and gender-diverse people, seeks a People and Culture Partner to deliver strategic HR guidance to managers and staff. You will help align HR practices with policy, legislation and organizational values.
You will identify workforce risks, support workforce planning, performance management and employee relations, and ensure compliant HR operations across the portfolio.
