EPCOR is seeking a skilled Team Lead for our Wastewater Treatment Plant in Regina. This full time position blends technical expertise with leadership to drive safe and efficient operations.

The Team

Lead reports to the Operations Manager and oversees a dedicated team of operators and maintenance staff. Balancing hands-on duties with mentoring, you'll support employee development and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Your role is pivotal in fostering accountability and continuous improvement within the plant's operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead operators and maintenance staff for safe operations
Drive performance by tracking metrics and implementing improvements
Oversee maintenance planning and contractor coordination




Champion health, safety, and environmental standards
Collaborate with stakeholders for effective resource use Requirements:
5+ years in a leadership role within an industrial setting
Level 4 Wastewater Treatment Certification or ability to obtain
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of mechanical process operations and maintenance best practices
