This 24-month contract role reports to the Director of Innovation & Process Improvement. You'll align strategic efforts with operational priorities by engaging with senior leaders and various teams. Your responsibilities include facilitating high-level discussions and translating strategic plans into roadmaps for actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the strategic planning process with stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions among senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Integrate insights and analysis into strategic recommendations




• Develop roadmaps connecting objectives to measures and milestones
• Manage implementation and reporting of the Strategic Plan
Requirements:
• University degree or related experience
• 7+ years in strategy, implementation, or consulting
• Proven skills in facilitation and complex discussions
• Robust analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data
• Familiarity with healthcare or not-for-profit sectors is a plus
