What You'll Do
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, buns, rolls, and other bakery products.
Mix, knead, shape, proof, and bake dough according to recipes and production schedules.
Safely operate bakery equipment and convection ovens.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area.
Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
Follow all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.

What We are Looking For
1+ years of bakery experience preferred
Experience with bread production,



including mixing, proofing, baking, and packaging.
Baker certification or Journeyperson designation is an asset.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Reliable, organized, and passionate about quality food.

Schedule

Full time | Open availability

Typical shifts: 4:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays are required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, twist, push, and pull. The role may involve working in hot bakery areas, coolers, and freezers.
