Implement health and safety protocols
Mentor staff to enhance work performance
Manage drilling, blasting, and truck functions
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Collaborate with engineers and maintenance personnel Requirements:
Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
Three years of operational leadership experience
Understanding of BC's mining health codes
Experience with Wenco Dispatch is an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent Drive improvement and safety in mining operations at Elk Valley Resources while enjoying a vibrant outdoor lifestyle.
