The Transition Team

Supervisor is critical to implementing seamless onboarding processes for current Financial Advisors. Reporting directly to the Manager of Transition Services, you will supervise daily operations, manage transition projects, and educate team members on essential policies. This role requires travel on short notice and effective communication to troubleshoot transition issues. Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise Transition Planners and Administrators
Educate team on compliance and operations policies




Monitor progress of ongoing transitions
Lead large-scale projects impacting the department
Provide onsite support and training for new Financial Advisors Requirements:
5 years in Investment Brokerage or Financial Services
Completion of Canadian Securities Course
Proficiency in MS Office and communication skills
Supervisory experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently Ensure smooth transitions and effective team management while working within the agile setting at Raymond James.
