Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong technical background.

Duties

1. Sales & Customer Service

- Greet and assist customers in a qualified and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Promote current sales, promotions, and special offers
- Upsell and cross-sell related products

1. Product Knowledge

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Demonstrate products where applicable

1. Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations

- Process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit)
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with store policy
- Reconcile cash drawer at the end of shift

1. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise
- Participate in regular stock counts
- Ensure proper product labeling and pricing

1. Store Presentation





- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and properly arranged
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines

1. Administrative & Reporting Duties

- Prepare daily sales reports if required
- Maintain customer records where applicable
- Assist with documentation related to invoices or special orders

1. Compliance & Security

- Follow company policies and procedures
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Safeguard company property and prevent loss

1. Team Collaboration

- Work cooperatively with team members
- Support store operations during busy periods
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
