A background with over three years in industrial plumbing or HVAC, particularly in a food or pharmaceutical environment, is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage work orders effectively in CMMS • Develop and improve standard operating procedures • Implement energy efficiency projects in the facility • Troubleshoot and monitor equipment performance • Train and cross-train within the maintenance team

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in relevant maintenance areas • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • WHMIS certification is an asset • Must provide a transparent criminal record check
