This role provides technical leadership and expertise, overseeing the preparation of detailed design documentation, specifications, and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.The Senior Electrical Engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil, and mechanical engineers, to deliver integrated project solutions. This position mentors and guides junior engineers and design staff, reviews technical work for accuracy and quality, and supports the professional development of team members.Additional responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand project requirements, and providing strategic input during project planning and execution. The Senior Electrical Engineer also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the department by developing and refining engineering standards, processes, and best practices.Job DescriptionDesign, oversee and implementation of electrical systems for Nuclear projects, Oil & Gas as well asSwitchgear electrical building designDevelop and maintain design documentation, specifications, and reports in accordance with industry standards.Collaborate with architects, civil engineers,



and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into larger projects.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and design teams.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local codes, and industry best practices.Participate in client and project meetings, providing valuable input and insights.Contribute to the growth of the Electrical department through the review and development of standards and templates.QualificationsProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is required, in good standing with a Canadian engineering regulator (i.E.
