Alteo is looking for an ERP Analyst for a permanent position based in the Montreal-North Shore area. *** Hybrid Work *** As part of a small team, you will play a key role in the evolution of the company’s systems, applications, and data. At the heart of the action, you will contribute both to the continuous improvement of operations and to challenging strategic projects, such as modernizing the application workplace, evolving the ERP system, and developing data analytics capabilities.In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams while leveraging your technical expertise in databases, applications, and business intelligence tools.Responsibilities:Help improve the company’s systems and applicationsContribute to the evolution, support, and optimization of the company’s ERP systemAnalyze and resolve technical, application, and functional issuesAssist users with the use of enterprise systems and applicationsParticipate in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents reported by usersServe as a point of contact for various departments regarding issues related to enterprise applicationsPerform queries, data extracts, and analyses in databasesParticipate in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server environmentsEnsure the quality, consistency, and integrity of the data used by the companyDevelop or adapt tools, reports, dashboards,
