Job Description : A Thorough knowledge of program management involving the ability to organize, develop and coordinate the special programs as indicated in the subject activity.
EDUCATION:
- Lifeguard Certification
- Instrack WSI Certification
- CPD Certification
- Pool Operator Certification
EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) yr. experience in promoting, developing, and creating aquatic programs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- One (1) year of administrative experience.
LICENSE: CPR, AED, First Aide Certification and will be required to possess a driver's license valid in Recent Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform essential duties of the position.
