Our client is looking for a skilled Personal Lines Broker to become part of their newly formed Shared Services team. You will engage with multiple brokerages, providing essential support across a range of services. This role allows for strong interaction with clients and a focus on maintaining excellent service standards without the constraints of traditional brokerage limitations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily Personal Lines servicing via EPIC
• Assist multiple brokerages with their capacity demands
• Handle Home, Auto,



and Property insurance servicing
• Adapt quickly to different brokerage environments
• Ensure consistent, professional service delivery

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in Personal Lines brokerage
• Active RIBO license in positive standing
• Proficient in EPIC software
• Ability to adapt to various environments
• Excellent communication and service commitment
