Snow Plow and Heavy Equipment Operator

Duties
Operate snow plow and Heavy equipment to transparent roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
Remove snow and ice from surfaces using plows, shovels, and other tools
Spread salt or sand to prevent ice buildup on surfaces
Monitor weather conditions and respond accordingly to changing snowfall or ice conditions
Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
Keep records of work performed and report any issues or concerns

Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record mandatory
Must have own transportation
Previous experience operating snow plow equipment
Knowledge of snow removal techniques and best practices
Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods of time
Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
