establishing an environment for team members to do their best work.Ensure standards and best practices are incorporated to accelerate delivery.What You BringDemonstrated ability to communicate and influence across business and technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear decisions and outcomes.8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect designing scalable, secure solutions in regulated environments.Deep implementation‑based understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including configuration, advanced automation, use of customization, data models, security models.Hands‑on experience delivering solutions on Salesforce, including Financial Services Cloud, Sales, Service, third‑party apps.Prior experience in Wealth Management.Proven track record of continuous learning and leadership.The salary range for this position is $140,000-$165,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
