Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with employers and community organizations

Requirements:
• Education: diploma or extensive related experience
• 2+ years in training, business development, or finance
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable vehicle with Class 5 license for local travel
