In this role, you’ll ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by supporting KARL STORZ medical devices throughout their lifecycle—from installation and preventive maintenance to technical troubleshooting and repair. You’ll be the on‑site expert for our OR1® integrated operating rooms and endoscopic equipment, working closely with sales teams to promote service excellence across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on‑site installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs of KARL STORZ medical devices and OR1® integrated systems.Conduct preventative maintenance and StayReady visits to ensure optimal equipment performance.Support customers via Salesforce service tickets and SAP documentation systems.Collaborate with Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers to promote service programs and customer satisfaction.Provide technical expertise at customer sites, demos, and events.Maintain accurate service documentation, reports,
