Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role requires a robust understanding of food safety, hospitality standards, and effective time management to ensure smooth service during busy hours.

Duties
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as a bartender
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food handling and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness




Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Requirements
Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork skills
Must be 19 years or older to serve alcohol responsibly
