Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions with precision
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, following proper food handling procedures and safety standards




Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management while providing attentive customer service
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit; respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure a memorable experience
Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service

Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, with familiarity in serving or bartending roles
Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Hospitality background or experience in the food industry is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
