Advisor – Training, you'll be accountable for guiding Training Advisors in delivering high-quality programs that meet Evolution Mining's standards.

Your role will include developing effective training modules, managing onboarding processes, and identifying site-specific training needs through comprehensive analysis. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee training programs and instructors at Red Lake Operation
- Enhance competency-based training and assessment systems




- Manage the induction and onboarding process for current employees
- Maintain ongoing training documentation and analysis of needs
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback Requirements:
- Proven experience in training supervision within mining
- An Underground Common Core or Mill Common Core credential preferred
- Strong abilities in INX and training development
- Knowledge of safety regulations and documentation
