Studios is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Artist with at least 8 years in the game industry. This pivotal role involves refining asset creation processes and optimizing team workflows while collaborating closely with art, design, and engineering teams. Leading through mentorship and developing recent tools in Unreal Engine are core responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom tools and enhancements for Unreal Engine
Establish optimized workflows for asset creation and implementation
Act as primary Tech Art liaison among teams
Implement scalable solutions for production challenges
Ensure high performance and quality of artwork across platforms Requirements:
Minimum 8 years as a Technical Artist
Proven team leadership experience
History of shipping AAA or AA quality titles
Expertise in Unreal Engine tools and techniques
