Become a crucial part of Green Infrastructure Partners as a Field-Based HSE Advisor in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on proactive site risk assessment and implementing safety measures in real-time.

Reporting to the Manager of HSE, you will partner with local operations and the national team to ensure safety compliance and risk management in construction environments. With a hands-on approach, you'll guide on-site teams through trainings while evaluating hazards and establishing effective safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform in office risk assessments across construction projects • Monitor high-risk tasks and ensure safety compliance • Provide immediate hazard recommendations and training • Support emergency response and operational safety integration • Act as a liaison between field teams and management

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Health and Safety • 5+ years of experience in construction or industrial safety • CRSP, CM IOSH, or other safety certifications preferred • Strong understanding of safety legislation • Bilingual in French and English is a plus
