The Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) in Vancouver, BC seeks a dedicated Residential Care Worker to support a young adult man with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will provide individualized assistance across physical, emotional, social, and recreational needs, promoting dignity, choice, and community participation. The role requires 1–2 years experience with developmental disabilities, completion of related education, and ability to use PECS and other augmentative communication tools.
