The Manager, Treasury will report to the Treasurer and will collaborate closely with the Corporate Finance, Shared Services, and Operational teams to maintain and streamline treasury operations and payment activity across legal entities and business divisions to best serve the growing business needs. PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for Senior Management, Investors, and Lenders Oversee daily monitoring and reporting of cash balances and liquidity position companywide. Assist with the implementation of weekly cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting dashboards to assess and further develop liquidity metrics by line of businesses. Participate in preparing and analyzing monthly cash flow forecast report for senior management discussions. Lead creative initiatives to drive operational efficiency. Liaise with external auditors Manage bank accounts across all banking platform Set up and approvals of EFT and Wire payments, information review and verification for accuracy and validity Assist Treasury team on requests related to the Corporate Credit Card program Manage integration and services implementation for acquired entities KYC and onboarding processed, liaise with banking partners and equipment lease providers Manage POS terminals program, guiding business in service setup and troubleshooting Issue, track, amend and negotiate on Bank Guarantees (LC’s) Equipment Lease financing: onboarding, tracking, reconciliation, booking and expiry Assist Treasury team with other Month End activities (review/post JE’s) Assist Finance team with Tax remittance filing via bank platforms Manage Debt Facility interest and principal payments, quarterly hedging settlements, assistance with other instruments Preparation of notices to bank related to Facility Drawdown/Rollover/Repayment POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematical Finance. CFA, CTP, CPA Designation is an asset. AFM or CFM Designation is an asset. 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Treasury and or accounting. Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills (preferably Marquee Group, CFI or Training the Street) and general competence with Microsoft Office programs. Advanced-level Excel (VBA/macros)
and proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Working knowledge of quantitative tools such as Python, SQL Comfortable learning and developing technical knowledge in Treasury and ERP. Comfortable with a rapidly growing and dynamic environment. Outcome-focused, critical thinker with strong ability to anticipate risks and plan/execute early actions to preserve integrity of the treasury operation in the context of rapid growth and business expansion. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deliverables. A high-energy, collaborative thinker, and detailed oriented individual with strong motivation of exceeding expectations when delivering results. Sound organizational, analytical, judgment and decision-making skills with proven abilities in problem-solving. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability. Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives. Superb communication and interpersonal skills. WHAT WE OFFER
Expected Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
