As the Senior Data Governance Analyst, your primary focus will be on leading the implementation and maintenance of data governance standards and policies.

Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive the operationalization of governance frameworks and promote ethical use of AI in processes. Your leadership will extend to mentoring junior analysts and overseeing the creation of training materials to enhance data literacy across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures




Mentor team members and facilitate data governance forums
Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance departments
Define tools for data quality monitoring and improvement
Manage risk assessment related to data governance Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
5+ years in structured data settings with advanced PL/SQL
Familiarity with ETL processes and API frameworks
Solid analytical and communication skills
