As a leader in both sales and member experiences, you will nurture relationships and foster a solid community. Your focus will be on accomplishing enrollment goals while delivering a five-star welcome to every visitor. Key Responsibilities:
Own all inquiries throughout the enrollment journey
Provide engaging tours tailored to family needs
Confirm and track introductory class schedules
Facilitate pressure-free enrollment closes with genuine value
Report on weekly enrollment metrics and satisfaction levels Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or hospitality
Excellent communication and empathy towards families
Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads
Must be available during evenings and weekends
