Sales Consultant – Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and interested in building a rewarding career in automotive sales. Please note that this job is filling an existing vacancy.

This position offers a competitive compensation package. Expected compensation range: $60,000 to $100,000, as well as ongoing training and career development within a supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through a transparent, customer-first vehicle purchasing process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Meet and exceed individual and dealership performance objectives.
Develop and maintain knowledge of vehicle models, features, incentives, financing options, and dealership products.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, online, and in person.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all dealership departments.
Ensure full compliance with OMVIC regulations, manufacturer standards, and dealership policies.




Utilize dealership-approved social media and digital platforms to engage customers and support marketing initiatives.
Participate in ongoing training and perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Valid OMVIC registration is preferred. Candidates without registration must be eligible to obtain OMVIC certification.
Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
Solid communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, driven, and team-oriented.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
