This full-time position merges education with clinical expertise in primary care and remote nursing. You'll play a pivotal role in training nursing staff, fostering comprehensive health practices, and collaborating with local partners to establish effective services. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct educational sessions on primary care best practices




• Partner with site leaders to restore primary care access
• Advocate for expert clinical decision-making education
• Create care models fostering interprofessional teamwork
• Work with stakeholders for student and preceptor engagements
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years in primary care experience
• Current Ontario Nursing registration
• Willingness to obtain instructor certifications
• Cree language knowledge is a plus
