Key Responsibilities:



• Optimize service catalogue and service desk reporting • Directly manage Azure and on-premises IT infrastructure • Oversee the IT procurement and asset lifecycle • Maintain organized and compliant IT asset inventories • Prepare technology for major electoral events across Alberta

Requirements: • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience • Minimum four years in a relevant IT operations role • Direct experience with Azure and IT service management • Proven supervisory and communication skills • Ability to thrive in mission-critical environments
