Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and index electronic and non-system medical charts
• Ensure compliance with health information regulations




• Respond to inquiries about HIM services from patients and staff
• Facilitate communication regarding HIM reports and documentation
• Assist in the training of clinic staff on scanning practices

Requirements:
• Diploma in Office Administration or Health Information Management
• Certification from CHIMA (in progress preferred)
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems
• Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel required
• Excellent attention to detail and work performance record
