The Development
Officer will cultivate partnerships to secure donations exceeding $10,000, while mentoring a portfolio of local prospects, foundations, and businesses. You'll work closely with various teams to enhance community outreach and fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Develop donor strategies to increase local engagement
Manage a portfolio of approximately 75 major gift prospects
Conduct personalized cultivation and solicitation activities
Create tailored donor communication materials
Collaborate with colleagues on integrated fundraising initiatives Requirements:
University degree with additional fundraising training preferred
Over 5 years of experience in securing donations
Proficiency in managing donor portfolios
Solid communication and writing skills
