Quality Manager – Fabrication
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our ISO 9000 Quality Management System within a steel fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 compliance
Lead internal and external audits
Manage corrective actions, non-conformances, and root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, CAPA)
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support production teams to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met
Qualifications:
3+ years of quality management experience in fabrication or manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9000 standards
Experience with audits, documentation control, and quality systems
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
