Become an integral part of Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as a Night Cleaner. This position focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards in our kitchen overnight.
As a Night Cleaner, you’ll work permanent night shifts from approximately 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, ensuring kitchens are deep cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, ovens, and walls, with a keen eye for any repairs needed. You will actively support health and safety initiatives while efficiently using cleaning chemicals and PPE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute deep cleaning of all kitchen areas nightly
• Sanitize floors, ovens, and stovetops to ensure cleanliness
• Report any repairs or areas of concern in the kitchen
• Adhere to proper chemical handling and storage procedures
• Maintain a secure working setting for all staff
Requirements:
• Ability to consistently stand and walk for the shift
• Frequent lifting of items weighing up to 30lbs
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and kneeling
• Flexibility to work on holidays and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
