Maple Recruiters is a recruitment agency supporting a leading quick-service restaurant organization with the hiring of Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations in Quebec.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading restaurant operations, developing a strong team, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
Build a solid management and leadership pipeline
Drive sales, profitability, labour performance, and operational results
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and guest experience
Manage scheduling, labour, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For




Previous Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
Strong QSR or quick-casual restaurant experience preferred
Proven experience leading and developing restaurant teams
Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labour management, food costs, and inventory
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Interested in growing with an expanding restaurant organization
