We are seeking an experienced Senior Cable Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

- Install, implement, troubleshoot, and integrate structured cabling systems and premise security solutions for commercial clients.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and deploy customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing hands-on guidance and support in structured cabling, CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, and telecommunications technologies.
- Deliver customer training and technical support both remotely and on-site.
- Lead job site activities when required, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Travel to customer locations throughout the region as required.
- Participate in occasional evening, overnight, and weekend work based on project requirements.
- Complete project documentation and maintain accurate service records.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.

Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience installing and supporting structured cabling systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm systems, and other security technologies is considered a strong asset.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments, including ladders and elevated work areas.
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety practices, and best installation techniques.
