Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Core Java Engineer to design, develop, and support high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Core Java, distributed systems, and backend application development, with a passion for building reliable and performant software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and services.
- Build and support backend systems, APIs, and distributed application components.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to Agile development activities and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong Core Java development experience (Java 8+).
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience working with Git and Linux/Unix environments.
- Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Spring Boot and microservices architecture.




- Messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.91/hour - $40.49/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
