What You'll Do Set & Align NAM Marketing Strategy

- Drive strategy for NAM across all segments and buyer personas; work with global Brand, Demand Gen, Events, Product Marketing, and Paid Media teams to adapt strategy for regional impact
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to understand market dynamics and ensure marketing fuels Sales rhythm and pipeline
- Use AI to model scenarios, forecast ROI, and rapidly test unconventional approaches—bring bold, data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Lead strategy huddles with global teams, regional partners, and Sales; energize stakeholders and rally everyone around ambitious goals

Orchestrate & Execute
- Orchestrate alignment across all global marketing functions; design bold, cohesive campaigns that weave together brand, demand, events, and creative messaging into one unified NAM motion
- Build and energize a coalition of global and regional teams; align priorities, remove blockers, and make sure everyone wins
- Get hands-on on highest-impact initiatives: guide campaign builds, shape creative direction, push boundaries, and iterate relentlessly
- Use LLMs and AI tools to rapidly generate campaign concepts and messaging; adapt global work for NAM at speed without sacrificing quality

Collaborate & Drive Momentum




- Work closely with regional Sales teams and SDRs to understand what drives momentum; adapt all programs based on market feedback
- Partner with global teams as the voice of NAM—advocate for regional needs, push back when needed, and find solutions that make everyone stronger
- Coach execution partners (agencies, global colleagues, internal teams) and remove blockers; own the connective tissue across all functions

Own NAM Marketing Outcomes
- Drive NAM market performance: brand awareness, competitive positioning, pipeline, customer acquisition, and growth velocity—you're accountable for how Deel shows up in the region
- Partner with regional Sales and Analytics to understand what's working in market and where to double down; bring market insights back to global teams
- Build strong feedback loops with Sales, customers, and regional partners; adapt strategy based on real market signals and wins
- Lead cross-regional collaboration: share NAM learnings with other regions and bring global insights back to NAM; elevate the entire organization's regional marketing excellence

What You'll Bring

- 8+ years in marketing, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns (SaaS/tech preferred); experience driving full marketing P&L; or regional budget a plus
- Proven track record building and scaling multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue—with tangible examples of bold, creative campaigns that broke through
- Deep experience with demand generation, brand, creative, and digital marketing—you're a strategic generalist who can do it all
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you see gaps, build coalitions, move fast, and ship—you're comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning outcomes
- Advanced ability to forecast and optimize funnel performance across channels; strong command of marketing metrics (CPL, cost per SQO, ROAS, pipeline ROI)
- Hands-on builder and creative: you can take an initiative from concept → build → launch → analyze → iterate, and ship fast without sacrificing quality; you enjoy getting into the creative details
- Outgoing, energetic, people-first approach: you build genuine relationships, energize teams and stakeholders, and rally people around ambitious goals; you're magnetic and drive momentum
- Exceptional collaboration and influence skills—you get buy-in, align teams without authority, and communicate with clarity and confidence
- Comfort with AI tools and eagerness to leverage them to move faster (LLMs, agents, automation for campaign creation, content, and optimization)
- Leadership presence: at ease presenting to executives, Sales teams, and customers; able to inspire and persuade
- Operates as a senior individual contributor or emergent leader: autonomous, accountable, highly data-driven, and self-motivated
- Commercial mindset: you think like a founder—how do we grow, acquire, and delight customers?
- Strategic and creative—you balance data-driven decision-making with intuition, taste, and boldness
- Fluent in written and spoken English
