Position: Performance Test Lead

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Test Lead / Senior Performance Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner to lead performance testing initiatives and ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
Define performance testing strategy, test plans, workload models, and entry/exit criteria.
Design and execute Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance testing.
Develop and maintain complex, reusable performance scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps,



and Infrastructure teams for performance optimization.
Monitor application, database, server, and API performance during testing.
Lead performance testing activities and mentor junior performance engineers.
Prepare performance test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills:
6 + years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner.
Valuable knowledge of APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, SQL, and performance monitoring tools.
Experience with CI/CD and Agile environments is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
